The guy who checked me in on 3rd February 2025 at 5.30 am wasn't welcoming nor helpful, he didn't show any sympathy when it appeared that l misplaced my international passport nor assisted in the connection of internet to my laptop even when l mentioned to him of an important meeting by 7am, he was not bothered at all but when l met Isaias by 9.30am, he resolved all the issues seamlessly and made my stay more comfortable, lively, and enjoyable. Ibis should have more of Isaias at the front desk! He was so helpful and full of life. Thank you so much, Isaias, for the drink vouchers (which l couldn't take due to pressure from meetings). Thanks to the Ibis management team for the lovely surprise l met in my room when l came back from my meeting on 5th February. I look forward to seeing you all, especially Isaias, again anytime l am in Lisbon.

I am so happy to have chosen this hotel to stay, and have done on multiple occasions!! We left a wallet with identification and money in the room and flew to the USA and only noticed that the wallet was missing when we were in the plane !! The hotel room attendant found the walled and returned it to the reception desk who noticed me through booking!!! The kept the wallet until we came back f a month later!!! Thanks to the employee who found it and to the receptionist for notifying me! Robert Julian

We often stay here when passing through Lisbon when we have to catch an early or arrive on a late plane. We really like the "young" vibe and cheerful atmosphere and the staff are very relaxed and friendly. On this occasion, arriving late after a long, hot flight, we particularly appreciated a G&T at the bar, which stays open all night. The hotel is also a short taxi/metro ride from the airport and a 10 minute walk to the Oriente railway station or the "Parque das Nações" entertainment disctrict.

We stayed here one night to be near airport for morning flight. The hotel was very convenient by metro to airport. The hotel is modern and our room was clean and sufficiently spacious for this short stay. We bought the breakfast package which was merely ok. The scrambled eggs were cold; however if you’re happy with breads meat cheese and pastries, it was fine. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants in the area for dinner, most of which were Asian.

Location is amazing if you are going to concerts nearby. There are lots of shops and everything can be done pretty much on foot. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. My daughter loved the pancake machine :-) Staff is helpful and beds are good, rooms are nice and clean. Definitely a good option for the Oriente area in Lisbon.
